Prathamesh Musale a312bb5ee7 ci: upgrade Kind to v0.25.0 and pin kubectl to v1.31.2 ... Kind v0.20.0 defaults to k8s v1.27.3 which fails on newer CI runners (kubelet cgroups issue).
