Covers two scenarios on a single Kind cluster:
- Single-repo: deploy create copies commands.py into hooks/, deployment
start runs it, mutating the stack-source working tree to v2 + deployment
restart re-copies and re-executes v2.
- Multi-repo: stack with two pod repos produces hooks/commands_0.py +
commands_1.py, deployment start invokes both pod start() hooks.
The test stages stack files into a temp git clone (bare + working) so
restart's git pull has a real upstream. busybox pods keep the harness
trivial. Phase 2 uses kubectl wait directly because deployment ps's
substring filter (deploy_k8s.py:1366) doesn't list multi-pod stacks.
Also tightens the _copy_hooks docstring to spell out that only
call_stack_deploy_start loads from the copied location.

- **Kind extraMount compatibility**: fail fast at `deployment start` when a new deployment's mounts don't match the running cluster; warn when the first cluster is created without a `kind-mount-root` umbrella; replace the cryptic `ConfigException` with readable errors when the cluster is missing
- **Auto-ConfigMap for file-level host-path compose volumes** (so-7fc): `../config/foo.sh:/opt/foo.sh`-style binds become per-namespace ConfigMaps at deploy start instead of aliasing via the kind extraMount chain. `deploy create` rejects `:rw`, subdirs, and over-budget sources. Deployment-dir layout unchanged
- **Namespace ownership**: stamp the namespace with `laconic.com/deployment-dir` on create; fail loudly if another deployment tries to land in the same namespace. Pre-existing namespaces adopt ownership on next start
- **deployment-id / cluster-id decoupling**: split the two roles (kube context vs resource-name prefix) into separate `deployment.yml` fields. Backward-compat fallback keeps existing resource names stable
- Close stale pebbles `so-n1n` and `so-ad7`
Resolve conflicts:
- deployment_context.py: Keep single modify_yaml method from main
- fixturenet-optimism/commands.py: Use modify_yaml helper from main
- deployment_create.py: Keep helm-chart, network-dir, initial-peers options
- deploy_webapp.py: Update create_operation call signature

- Fix F841 unused variable (removed unused 'quiet' variable)
- Configure pyright to disable common type issues in existing codebase
(reportGeneralTypeIssues, reportOptionalMemberAccess, etc.)
- All pre-commit hooks now pass
