Caddy needs to create and manage secrets for storing TLS certificates
obtained via ACME (Let's Encrypt).

- Implement _expand_shell_vars to handle ${VAR}, ${VAR:-default}, ${VAR-default}
- Pass config file values to envs_from_compose_file for variable substitution
- Variables from config file still override expanded defaults

Changed from ghcr.io/caddyserver/ingress to caddy/ingress (Docker Hub).
The GHCR image returns 403 Forbidden.

Replace nginx with Caddy as the default ingress controller for kind
deployments. Caddy provides automatic HTTPS via Let's Encrypt without
requiring cert-manager.
Changes:
- Add ingress-caddy-kind-deploy.yaml manifest with full RBAC setup
- Modify helpers.py to support configurable ingress_type parameter
- Update cluster_info.py to use caddy ingress class
- Add port 443 mapping for HTTPS support in kind config

This is working off pull request "[Add support for pnpm as a webapp build tool. #767](https://git.vdb.to/cerc-io/stack-orchestrator/pulls/767/files)" that adds `pnpm` package manager support for `nextjs` & `webapps`.
`bun` default build output directory (defined as `CERC_BUILD_OUTPUT_DIR`) is `dist` which should already be handled with `pnpm` support in the previously mentioned [pull request](https://git.vdb.to/cerc-io/stack-orchestrator/pulls/767/files)
Installing `bun` using `npm` following our previous `pnpm` installation

npm install -g bun
```
We'll be using `bun` as a package manager that works with `Node.js` projects as defined in bun's [docs](https://bun.sh/docs/cli/install)
